Cooling-off Period:

You may cancel the Agreement within 14 days of the Start Date by emailing us, and a full refund of tuition fees will be issued (administration fees excluded).

You agree to pay the fees for the payment plan selected for each academic year. The Agreement automatically renews each year unless cancelled according to the notice requirements. A full half-term notice period is required.

Policies

You must comply with all College Policies to maintain your place. If Policies are updated, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice. If a change negatively impacts you, you may cancel the Agreement before the change takes effect, without penalty, and receive a refund for any unused fees (excluding admin fees).

Either party may terminate the Agreement if the other fails to comply with the Terms or Policies and does not correct the issue within a reasonable time. If the breach cannot be corrected, termination may be immediate.

If the College terminates due to your non-compliance, you must pay all outstanding fees for the academic year.
